La filigrana (filigree) was firyearst introduced in the 1884 in the town of Campo Ligure when two of its' artists opened the first laboratries after having mastered the art already in those at Genova. The made way to a new art-forai yet unknown to Capo Ligure.

The workmanship of filigrana opens many new horizons and prospects especially to the young, Infact, in the last 10 years or so, a numerous amount of laboratries has sprung up hence requiring a large workforce.

Today, this type of artistic craftmanship sees its' way as the only significant production centre in Italy at Campo Ligure.

What started off as a little company producing gold and silver jewelry filigrana, EFFE_ERRE (founded in 1986) has over the past years, with the exprerience gained, expanden in production of a vast number of objects: brocheges, chains, bracelets, earrings, rings ... of which their leading products are the original creations of rosary and other religious articles.
